Gulf South Finance, LLC is a New Orleans-based financial services company. We specialize in providing working capital and term financing solutions (including accounts receivable factoring, asset based lending and subordinated/mezzanine debt), merger & acquisition advisory services and other commercial and corporate finance services. Our target clients include growing or recapitalizing companies with annual revenues of up to $50 million primarily located in the Southeast (Alabama, Arkansas, the Carolinas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Virginia).

We offer experience and responsiveness to our clients and referral sources. The experience comes from over 15 years of participating in a wide variety of financial transactions ranging from small business financings, acquisitions and divestitures to international acquisitions and financings exceeding $200 million in enterprise value. This experience has also yielded numerous relationships with commercial lenders, asset based lenders, equipment leasing companies, private equity and debt providers, venture capital firms and investment banking firms focused on small businesses. Finally, we strive to be responsive by managing our many relationships with diligence and professionalism.

We also provide tax credit equity and new markets tax credit investment capital through our partnership with Rebirth Capital.



 A. Knox Clark
Knox has over fifteen years of commercial and corporate finance experience as an asset based lender, investment banker and corporate development director. Prior to forming Gulf South Finance, LLC in January of 2003, Knox served as Vice President, Marketing for Gulf Coast Business Credit, a New Orleans asset based lender and affiliate of Gulf South. Prior to joining Gulf Coast, Knox served as Vice President, Corporate Finance with Hibernia Southcoast Capital where he spent three years executing mergers & acquisitions, equity financings and other financial advisory services for public and private companies. Prior to Hibernia Southcoast, he spent nine years in the natural resource industry as a corporate development professional executing stock and asset acquisitions, greenfield and expansion projects, new product development initiatives and existing operation enhancements on five continents. Knox earned a BA from Tulane University and an MBA from Loyola University.
